We have a long track record of managing rental property for commercial use. For a long time, we have managed the commercial property portfolio owned by our shareholders where we specialized in managing ruko (shop house). Over the years we have perfected the strategy of acquiring commercial shophouses with high demand, high rental rate and low vacancy. We do trial and error with our tenants, while learning on how to improve the return of our portfolio. Our goal was to reach more than 5% gross annual rental yield on each individual asset while controlling the costs including maintenance costs.
